이용약관
본 약관은 Onul(오늘, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 사용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 서비스 개요
Onul은 매일 입은 옷을 사진으로 기록하고 달력에 모으는 앱입니다. 사용자는 원하는 경우 계정을 공개하거나 다른 사용자를 팔로우해 서로의 기록을 볼 수 있습니다.
2. 계정
- 서비스 이용에는 Apple 또는 Google 계정을 통한 로그인이 필요합니다.
- 만 14세 미만은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
- 계정 정보와 기기 보안은 사용자 본인의 책임입니다.
- 사용자는 언제든지 앱 내 설정에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
3. 사용자 콘텐츠
사용자가 업로드한 사진과 작성한 내용의 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 서비스는 앱 기능 제공(저장, 동기화, 사용자가 설정한 범위 내 표시)을 위해 필요한 범위에서만 콘텐츠를 처리합니다.
사용자는 본인이 업로드하는 콘텐츠에 대한 권리를 보유하고 있거나 적법한 사용 권한이 있음을 보장해야 합니다.
4. 금지 행위 — 무관용 원칙
Onul은 불쾌감을 주는 콘텐츠와 악의적인 이용자에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다.
신고된 콘텐츠는 접수 후 24시간 이내에 검토하며, 위반이 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 필요한 경우 계정 이용을 제한하거나 삭제합니다.
다음 행위는 금지됩니다.
- 음란물, 성적으로 노골적인 콘텐츠
- 폭력적·혐오적 표현, 특정 집단에 대한 차별이나 비하
- 타인에 대한 괴롭힘, 협박, 스토킹
- 타인의 사진이나 저작물을 무단으로 게시하는 행위
- 타인 사칭, 허위 정보 유포
- 스팸, 광고, 반복적인 무의미한 게시
- 불법 행위를 조장하거나 그에 해당하는 콘텐츠
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
5. 신고와 차단
사용자는 앱 내에서 다른 계정이나 개별 기록을 신고할 수 있으며, 원하지 않는 사용자를 차단할 수 있습니다.
- 신고: 프로필 또는 기록의 "···" 메뉴에서 사유를 선택해 신고합니다. 접수된 신고는 24시간 이내에 검토됩니다.
- 차단: 차단하면 서로의 기록이 즉시 보이지 않고 팔로우 관계도 해제됩니다. 차단 목록은 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다.
6. 서비스 이용 제한
본 약관을 위반한 경우, 사전 통지 없이 콘텐츠 삭제, 이용 제한, 계정 삭제 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다. 심각하거나 반복적인 위반은 즉시 계정 삭제로 이어질 수 있습니다.
7. 면책
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 다른 사용자가 게시한 콘텐츠에 대해서는 해당 사용자가 책임을 지며, 서비스는 신고에 따른 검토와 조치의 범위에서 대응합니다. 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
8. 약관 변경
본 약관이 변경되는 경우 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Onul (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. About the Service
Onul is an app for photographing the outfit you wore each day and collecting it on a calendar. You may optionally make your account public or follow other users to see each other's records.
2. Accounts
- Signing in with an Apple or Google account is required.
- The Service is not available to users under 14 years of age.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and device.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
3. Your Content
You retain all rights to the photos and text you upload. The Service processes your content only as needed to provide app functionality — storage, sync, and display within the visibility scope you choose.
You must own the rights to the content you upload, or otherwise have permission to use it.
4. Prohibited Conduct — Zero Tolerance
Onul has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. If a violation is confirmed, the content is removed and the account may be restricted or terminated.
The following are prohibited:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Violent or hateful expression, discrimination against any group
- Harassment, threats, or stalking of other users
- Posting other people's photos or copyrighted work without permission
- Impersonation or spreading false information
- Spam, advertising, or repetitive meaningless posts
- Content that promotes or constitutes illegal activity
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
5. Reporting and Blocking
You can report an account or an individual record from within the app, and block any user you do not wish to interact with.
- Reporting: use the "···" menu on a profile or a record and select a reason. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Blocking: blocking immediately hides records in both directions and removes any follow relationship. You can manage your block list in Settings.
6. Enforcement
If you violate these terms, we may remove content, restrict access, or delete your account without prior notice. Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate account termination.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". Users are responsible for the content they post; the Service responds through review and enforcement based on reports. We are not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or network failures.
8. Changes to These Terms
If these terms change, we will provide notice in the app or on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
