본 약관은 Do Heon Kim(김도헌)(이하 "개발자")이 제공하는 Euka(유카) 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다. 서비스에 가입하거나 이를 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
Euka는 교회 소그룹 등 신앙 공동체가 함께 기도제목을 나누고 서로를 위해 기도할 수 있도록 돕는 애플리케이션입니다. 이용자는 기도방을 만들거나 초대받아 참여하고, 기도제목을 (익명 또는 실명으로) 작성하며, 다른 구성원의 기도제목을 위해 함께 기도할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 서비스에 기도제목 등 콘텐츠를 작성할 수 있습니다. 작성한 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 작성한 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 자신이 작성한 콘텐츠를 게시·공유할 권리가 있음을 보증합니다.
이용자는 다음의 콘텐츠를 작성하거나 다음의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
서비스는 이용자를 보호하기 위해 다음의 기능과 정책을 운영합니다.
개발자는 본 약관을 반복적으로 또는 심각하게 위반하는 이용자의 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 기도제목을 익명으로 작성할 수 있으며, 익명 기도제목은 다른 구성원에게 작성자 정보가 표시되지 않습니다. 다만 익명으로 작성하더라도 본 약관은 동일하게 적용되며, 부적절한 콘텐츠 작성에 대한 책임이 면제되지 않습니다.
서비스 자체(디자인, 로고, 소프트웨어 등)에 대한 권리는 개발자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 작성한 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 개발자는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 이를 저장·표시합니다.
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 개발자는 서비스의 무중단·무오류를 보장하지 않으며, 이용자 간에 작성·공유되는 콘텐츠에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 개발자는 서비스의 안정적 운영과 이용자 보호를 위해 합리적인 노력을 다합니다.
본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 서비스 내 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 이용자는 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

These Terms govern your use of the Euka service (the "Service") provided by Do Heon Kim (the "Developer"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Euka is an application that helps faith communities, such as church small groups, share prayer requests and pray for one another. Users can create or be invited to prayer rooms, write prayer requests (anonymously or under their name), and pray together for other members' requests.
Users may create content such as prayer requests within the Service. Users are responsible for the content they create and represent that they have the right to post and share it.
Users must not create the following content or engage in the following behavior:
The Service operates the following features and policies to protect users.
The Developer may restrict use of the Service or suspend the accounts of users who repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms.
Users may write prayer requests anonymously, and the author's information is not shown to other members for anonymous requests. However, these Terms apply equally to anonymous content, and writing anonymously does not exempt a user from responsibility for inappropriate content.
Rights to the Service itself (design, logo, software, and so on) belong to the Developer. Rights to content created by a user belong to that user, and the Developer stores and displays it only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." The Developer does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free and is not responsible for content created and shared between users. The Developer does, however, make reasonable efforts to operate the Service reliably and to protect users.
These Terms may change. Changes will be announced within the Service or on this page. If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
