Do Heon Kim(김도헌)(이하 "개발자")은 Euka(유카) 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 이용하는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 개인정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 이용·보관하며, 이용자가 어떤 권리를 가지는지 설명합니다.
서비스는 회원 가입 및 서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 개인정보를 수집·이용합니다.

개발자는 원칙적으로 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적이 달성되면 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 이용자가 회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제)를 요청하는 경우, 관련 개인정보 및 이용자가 작성한 데이터(기도제목, 프로필, 기도방 정보 등)는 연결된 데이터와 함께 삭제됩니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영을 위해 다음의 외부 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 처리·저장될 수 있습니다.

서비스 데이터는 Supabase의 데이터센터(리전: 서울 (ap-northeast-2))에 저장됩니다. 각 외부 서비스는 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.
이용자는 기도제목을 "익명"으로 작성할 수 있습니다. 익명으로 작성된 기도제목은 같은 기도방의 다른 구성원에게 작성자 정보(이름·프로필)가 표시되지 않도록 서버 단계에서 처리됩니다. 작성자 본인에게만 자신의 기도제목이 식별되어 표시되며, 이는 본인의 조회·수정·삭제를 위한 것입니다.
이용자는 언제든지 다음의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
계정을 삭제하면 이용자의 개인정보와 작성 데이터가 삭제되며, 이 작업은 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 관리하기 위해 다음의 조치를 취합니다.
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침의 내용이 변경되는 경우, 변경 사항을 서비스 내 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

Do Heon Kim (the "Developer") values the privacy of everyone who uses the Euka service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information the Service collects, how it is used and stored, and what rights you have regarding your information.
The Service collects and uses the following personal information to provide account registration and core features.

As a rule, the Developer deletes personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. When a user requests account deletion, their personal information and the data they created (prayer requests, profile, room information, and so on) are deleted together with linked data. Where retention is required by applicable law, information is kept only for that required period.
The Developer does not sell your personal information or provide it for advertising purposes. However, the following external services are used to operate the Service, and personal information may be processed and stored in the process.

Service data is stored in Supabase data centers (region: Seoul (ap-northeast-2)). Each third-party service processes information according to its own privacy policy.
Users may write prayer requests anonymously. For anonymous prayer requests, the author's information (name and profile) is withheld from other members of the same prayer room at the server level. Only the author can see their own prayer request identified as theirs, solely so they can view, edit, or delete it.
You may exercise the following rights at any time.
Deleting your account removes your personal information and created data. This action cannot be undone.
The Developer takes the following measures to keep your personal information safe.
The Service is not directed to children under 14, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
If this policy changes, the changes will be announced within the Service or on this page.
